Rest assured that the ingredients used to create your candle are of the highest quality. The eco-friendly wax is biodegradable, toxin-free, paraben-free, phthalate-free and comes from a renewable source.

You can feel good knowing that each component within the candle is cruelty-free and organic, emitting no harmful chemicals into your space.

Each ingredient is consciously sourced, with the specific aim of supporting small local businesses and a happy earth.

Additionally, we are proud to share that no animal testing has been performed on any of the components used to create the candles.

The flowers accenting the candles are sourced from local florists that contribute their unused blooms, giving a second life to pieces that would otherwise be thrown away.

Some of the florals and botanicals are also found growing wild along Amsterdam’s iconic waterways and picked from the pockets of green that adorn the city.

The fragrances are blended by me personally, ensuring a beautifully distinct and charming ambiance fills the room. These unique scents also won’t tire easily.

The Wooden Wick
Wood wicks have a distinct crackling sound when burning, adding extra ambiance as well as being a more eco-friendly option compared to the popular cotton wick.
Unlike a cotton variety, the wooden wick also offers enhanced burn performance and emits a stronger fragrance as it produces up to 35% more heat. There’s also no carbon build up, otherwise referred to as mushrooming. When burning, they will develop a slight amount of ash at the tip of the wick, which can be easily broken off when cool or cut using a wick trimmer before relighting.
If the wick is too long, the wax will not pull up the wick, and the flame will dim or even extinguish. This is important to keep in mind in case you encounter such issues.
